Epic Link does not appear on the card

Hi everyone

The Epic Link field is not showing up in my board view. This is very problematic because I have tasks with the same name but for different Epics.
This board was showing some bugs recently that were fixed this week, is this issue a bug or configuration error?

Based on the screen image, the project is a Work Management project.

A defect has been introduced where the Epic Link field does not display in cards since the new Group By feature was implemented. You can watch the bug here:

I was imagining that it was because some time ago it was working. I will follow the resolution.

Epic Link function has been replaced by "Parent" and "Parent Link", however in the customize cards view these are not given as option, only the obsolete "Epic Link".

Epic Link is currently not working anymore and Parent still needs to be added into the board customize cards view.

Is this a Jira Work Management or Jira Software project? And is it a Company-managed or Team-managed project? I
