Epic Name Location?

I'm sure Im being special needs here but where do I enter the Epic name?

It wont allow me to create an dEpic without this, see screen shot.

Show Fields = ALL

If you still do n’t see this field, you can click ‘where is my field?’

Thanks, I had already looked there and in "where is my field" but I just get this, which doesnt make a lot of sense to me?

haha, just realised that popup actually has a scroll bar, which doesn't show until you actually start scrolling down, then the answer is there.
