Epic cards are not visible on my kanban board

Hi! I cannot seem to make my epic cards visible on the kanban board. I can see that the board sees them because I see the numbers next to the statuses, but the actual cards are not visible. Would appreciate any help :)

Welcome!

You need to review the filter that is applied on this KANBAN board.

Do the following:
- Access the board settings by clicking on the "Board" option and "Configure board" in the upper right corner.
- Then in general, see the filter being used for this board.
If the filter includes Epics, then access the columns and check if the status the Epic is in is mapped to any column.

Validate these options and if you still can't, return us with prints and the query used in the board filter so that we can check
