Epic counting story points of rejected stories in estimate

I have an Epic with 5 stories linked to it.  4 are rejected with one still active in the backlog.  The Estimate for the remaining story is 5 Story Points.  The estimate for the Epic is 34 as it counts all story points from all the stories linked.

Is there a way to configure what the estimate of an epic actually counts?
