Hi, everyone 👋
There's a question))
I made so that from the mail created epic, and in the description of the information from the letter, everything works, but I would also like to create automatic tasks to this epic + added responsible.
Is it possible?
Hi @Nikita
You can create a Jira Automation rule like the one below:
You can repeat the "create a new issue" issue component for as many times as you want. Pay attention to include the smart value on the Epic Link field and to change the task of the new issue to "Task" or whatever else you want to create.

Hi 👋
Let's forget what I wrote above))
I have the same problem, just in a slightly different place.
I wanted a specific epic to be assigned to a created task.
It looks like this right now.

Yes, I added the EpicLink field, but in this field epics from another project for some reason.

I don't quite understand your last sentence. You want to add Epics from another project, or the dropdown list appears only Epics from another project?

Maybe there is an issue security level and you don't have visibility of these Epics.
