@Tomasz Pawlik Changing Epic Key means changing the project key which will affect all your issues. Keys go by project name not based on issue types.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Fadoua
I see. So if i change the project key, the epic keys will change automatically too, right?

OK i changed it but the number of Epic keys still are from S1SE-3 instead of S1SE-1.

No numbers won't change only the key everything that precede "-"
If your project key was ABC-1 once you change the key it will become DEF-1

So If my project key is S1SE ... why the epic keys start from S1SE-3 not -1?

Because S1SE-1 was used for another issue type. System generates automatically those numbers. It doesn't "care" if issue type was a story, epic, task, bug,....

@Tomasz Pawlik this is a very good place to start from, so that you can learn a lot about how the tool works:

OK shame. I deleted 2 epics earlier and i thought that i can have an influence on the keys to start from "1" later.

I totally understand your frustration. We all hit some situations like yours. However I invite you to learn more about the tool as its pros weigh more than the cons.
All the best,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!!
These keys are system generated, I do not know of any way to change them, if you are in the Cloud. If you are on server you may be able to update the key with a script.
Thanks,

No @Mayur Jadhav you don't need any script to change the key. If you go to project settings in Jira Server click on details then you will see project key.
You will be able to change it
