Hi community
One epic name have duplicated the name of another epic. I have not done any changes, my automation is still working from Zapier to Jira, No errors popping up and no one has changed anything according to the audit log. Yet somehow, I ended up with two epic links for 'commercial' where the first one is supposed to be 'Briefing Form' and the second 'Commercial' which is the OG.
What shows as commercial on the Kanban board, still shows as 'Briefing form' under Roadmap view.
Anyone knows how why this happened and how to change this
It's impossible not to say anything on the audit log of the Epic itself. Can you please take a look?
In addition, do you have any apps installed like JMWE, or scriptrunner?
Hey Alex
I thought it was super strange as well, but this happened a couple of days back and I can't find anything changed in the audit log. I checked each change one by one for the past 14 days and nothing.
I don't have any apps like the 2 ones you mentioned or other ones like that..

@Rocsana Chereches sorry for asking again, but did you check on the issue's history? Not the audit log from the admin settings.

Ah no I haven't done that! how can I check the history of an issue?(other than opening the epic type of issue in this case and seeing the latest update on the ticket on the right hand side)

I've attached a couple of screenshots to show where to find the issue history. If you have a wide browser window, you'll see several tabs at the bottom of the center pane, including All, Comments, History, Work log, etc., as shown in the first screenshot. In a narrower window, these will be collapsed into a pull-down menu as shown in the second screenshot.
HTH,
Kel
