Epic tag in backlog changed style, not solid anymore, harder to see. Is there any way to change back?

Upgrading JIRA agile from 6.3.0.2 to 6.3.7, the epic tags/names on the backlog items have become much harder to see, they are just outline and font colour now. Is ther any way to configure back to the old solid colour, preferably by project/board
