Epic workflow updated but from epic screen, the dropdown workflow showing old states

Epic workflow updated but from epic screen, the dropdown workflow showing old states.

The kanban board is also updated. When you click on Epic, it shows the correct states.

When epic is opened from the issues-> it shows old status list from the workflow dropdown.

I suspect you did not Publish the draft. Please go to the workflow and see if it indicates draft.

It is already published and showing correct workflow from board. But when you open Epic from issues, it is showing wrong workflow from previous.

Could you share screen shots of the workflow in edit mode as well as where you see the discrepancy?
