Error 500 Show after configure Microsoft SQL Step

Hello Everyone, 

I would like to ask your help for issue when I install Jira Core in our local PC. 

i would like to use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio when i install the Jira Core. 

in the database configuration step, the "test Connection" successfully done. but after clicking on Next button the error message is shown as below screenshot. Thank you very much.

  1. What version of Jira is this?
  2. And what version of MS SQL server are you trying to use on the backend?

I would recommend checking out the supported platforms document that corresponds to the version of Jira you are trying to install to make sure that your database type/version is supported for that version of Jira.

From there, we recommend following the guide Connecting Jira applications to SQL Server 2012 for the detailed steps on how to setup the database and Jira to work together.

If you have done both of those things and you still get this error, please share more details about the stacktrace: the error itself.  This will give us more clues as to why this is happening.  I can see you're getting some kind of SQL exception, but without seeing the specific details of that exception and knowing your setup better it's difficult to know for sure what other steps might need to happen here.
