Hi
Getting 6PQ3DA error when connecting Jira bot to a Google Room.
Searched online — no reference to this error.
Does anyone have any ideas what it might be?
Hello Eli,
Jira will pop an error message in the lower left corner of your browser window if you try to configure the Google Chat bot without having the app installed in Jira first.
The fix is pretty quick: install the free Google Chat bot for Jira Cloud app in your Jira Cloud site. Once it's installed, click the Configure button again in Google Chat and the configuration dialogue should pop up correctly in Jira.
Cheers,

I did that but it still shows the same error

@Daniel Eads I am not sure what's the problem, Jira app works fine when used 1 on 1 but does not works in spaces and gives below error. I have all apps installed correctly.

I'm having this same issue, I did notice it happens particularly with some project types like the self managed ones in particular.
