Error!Could not get configuration metadata from Synack.make sure URL is correct or token has expired

Hi,

We have installed the Synack App for Jira Cloud in our instance. We also configured the plugin with the Synack URL and API token, and the test connection was successful. However, when we go to the project settings and Synack integration, it shows an error.

We have verified that the API and URL we are using are valid. Has anyone encountered this type of error before?
