Error Encountered While Connecting to Zephyr Importer Utility in Jira Server After Upgrade

Hello Team,

After upgrading Jira from version 8.20.10 to 9.7.2, I encountered an issue while attempting to connect to Zephyr importer utility tool. Although there were no errors during the connection to the Jira server, I encountered a 404 error when attempting to fetch a Jira Project. Upon reviewing the access log, it indicated that there is some permission related issue. This functionality was working fine before the upgrade, and no permissions were changed during or after the upgrade. Could you please guide me on any necessary changes that need to be made in the Jira server? We are currently using Zephyr Squad version 9.4.1.
