After doing a "backup for cloud" on the web I could not do a restore on jira server. When I upload the file, it asks me to register again as an administrator with another user. After that, it does not allow me to access any user. As a test I made a backup on the server and restored it and this event was correct. I was not asked to register a new user. I just closed the session as expected. Will they have any idea of this?
