Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 10.240.107.164:80 in JIRA

I'm accessing JIRA rest API through node and simultaneously calling 4 APIs. However, it receives connection error. I'm not sure why.

That usually means antivirus, firewall or a networking problem are blocking your access to the server.
