Error during cloud recovery of JIRA cloud backup

I did a full backup of our JIRA cloud instance, and attempted to do a recovery to our test instance.  

After several hours of uploading the backup, i received the following error:

There was an error importing file jira-export.zip: Validation failed. Following issues were reported:

• Leading or trailing whitespaces in following group names: "Content "

How can I get this corrected?  This is a same version/platform backup & recovery operation
