Error importing data: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not determine the proper mapping from O

I have imported backup and tried to restore it but I am getting the below error:

Error importing data: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not determine the proper mapping from Oracle export, for column:MAXIM

Appreciate a quick help on this

This error looks very similar to one we have a KB for.  Please see the details in Could not determine the proper mapping from Oracle export, for column:DEFAULT

Essentially what has happened is that the XML backup zip file has been created in an incorrect format when the source database for Jira is Oracle.   As such this XML backup cannot be restored in its current state.   But that KB does explain steps you can take in order to try to change the activeobjects.xml file from that zip file directly in order to try to correct this.  Once complete you can then repack the zip file and try to do this import once again.
