Error in Loading Test Execution in Jira/Zephyr

Unable to load the Test Execution in JIRA since 2 days. Please help/guide to resolve the issue.

Hey @shravya chinthapatla  Welcome :)

There were intermittent issues with Zephyr for Jira Cloud. As per the latest update on Zephyr Squad's status page I see that they have updated a fix to resolve it. If you still notice issues with Test executions I'd recommend you reach out to their support team directly to look into the issue.
