While exporting a Jira Dashboard to pdf using API token-based authentication I am getting the below error.
Any clue on what has gone wrong?
Oops! Something went wrong while rendering your PDF.
Tip: probably there is a syntax error in the Velocity template <dashboard-fo.vm>.
Are you using Better PDF Exporter Cloud for exporting the Jira dashboard?
If yes, please open a support ticket here so our team can look into your specific issue. (Also attach the PDF export that contains the error)
Thanks for your response. I have opened a support ticket just now and have attached the downloaded pdf and export console for troubleshooting the issue.

Hey Mohajit, did you have success with this?

I'm also interested if you had success, @Mohajit Acharya .
For what it's worth, Mohajit did indeed open a ticket with us and I suggested updating all his templates and scripts, so those are the latest versions, and try again.
I never heard back from him, nor received replies to a follow-up, so I assumed the problem has been solved.
We are ready to give you a hand with Better PDF Exporter, if you are facing problems! Just use the same link above to open a ticket.
