Hi Vinh,

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Without having a clue what is happening on your server it will be near impossible to give any good advise for the community.

In case you could provide an error message from your log file it would be more likely that a  community member can say something specific about to cause and a possible fix.

You mentioned the error message happened after install. Please also make sure you have followed all steps mentioned in the setup guide:
