Hello,

I tried to update the universal plugin manager. It didn't appear to work so I tried again, but it looks like all I needed to do was restart the service.

The error I get now is: Error occurred while starting Plugin Manager. Duplicate plugin found (installed version is the same or older) and could not be unloaded: 'com.atlassian.upm.atlassian-universal-plugin-manager-plugin'

Please advise. Thank-you.

I went to the JIRA home directory

<JIRA-HOME>\plugins\installed-plugins

and noticed two different UPM manager files listed. I deleted the oldest and restarted JIRA a couple of times. This seems to have fixed the problem.
