I need to send a mail when my ticket is in the status "Cierre por Usuario", i have this configuration, the Automation says the email has been sent but the reciever isnt getting the mail
You said that the Status is "Cierre por Usuario". The automation will fire on the transition. Please ensure that the transition from whatever status it is transitioning from to the status "Cierre por Usuario" is also called "Cierre por Usuario". My guess is that the transition is something else and once you set it to that transition then the email will be sent.
The transition queue is: Resuelta ----> Cerrado and in the middle the transition is Cierre por Usuario.

Does that transition occur in more than one place in your workflow? If it does did you reuse the transition or has it been created multiple times? Also can you look at the logs of the automation to see if it is running and if there are any errors.
