Error - textarea works like single line

On create-screen all textarea fields work like single line - i can't do text line break.

How to fix this problem and what's the reason?

Does this issue occurs on all screens, or just the create screen? If it occurs on all screens, you might want to verify whether are the fields multitext fields in the custom field page.
