I'm trying to edit a jira filter but  I Can't open it. When I select a Jira Filter link the system is broken. The response is '"-->>]]> ERROR OCCURRED.

I can´t to view the edit page with JQL code.

After some minutes the system show error 500.

Any suggestion?

I guess the first things I would try are IT solutions.

1) Clear you cookies

2) Restart the PC

3) Try another browser

4) Restart your JIRA server

If you have plugins installed, try incognito mode to see if that helps.

Also worth noting that you can only edit your own filters. I assume you're trying to edit your own though.

Thanks Chris I'm trying to edit my own filter. I am testing in incognito mode and the error is the same.
