I need to make configuration change in the "Zendesk Support for JIRA" add-on, but when I click on the "Configuration" button, the following error appears after about 30 sec of wheel spinning:

You might want to raise this with support directly as they will be look at the logs for your instance.
Depending on where the issue lies it could be thru atlassian (https://support.atlassian.com/contact) or the app vendor (Zendesk at https://support.zendesk.com/requests/anonymous/new)
Depends a bit where the error will show (in the log of the app or your instance)
