Error trying to open "Configuration" for "Zendesk Support for JIRA" add-on.

I need to make configuration change in the "Zendesk Support for JIRA" add-on, but when I click on the "Configuration" button, the following error appears after about 30 sec of wheel spinning:

 

Something's gone wrong
Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support.
Reload page (link to reload)
Has anyone had to deal with the similar problem? How was it resolved?

Hi @Gregory Kremer ,

You might want to raise this with support directly as they will be look at the logs for your instance.

Depending on where the issue lies it could be thru atlassian (https://support.atlassian.com/contact) or the app vendor (Zendesk at https://support.zendesk.com/requests/anonymous/new

Depends a bit where the error will show (in the log of the app or your instance)
