Error when adding a condition to my workflow

When I try to add a condition to a transition in my workflow (User is in group), I get the following error page. I've tried clearing the cache and removing cookies. Is this a redirection problem?

Content Encoding Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
