Hi ,

 When i want to i want to close this issue this error message shown. i am not able to found any solution for that.

This is an issue that you will need to read the log for - the error is only telling us what field there is a problem with, not the reason why you can't update it.  The application log will tell us that (it will contain a mention of customfield_10102 so it should be easy to find)

Have a look for <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log
