Error when moving a story and its subtask from one project to another

I have 2 projects, both identical in their settings. I selected s Story to move from project 1 to project 2. That story has a subtask. During the Move workflow, both issues are brought up for conversions and when I click confirm on the last screen I get an error

"At least one of the issues you are trying to move has been recently updated by another user (FUTURE-414). Please cancel and start again." 

I am the only one accessing the issues. And no changes we re made other than trying to move them.

Seems like it is a bug on Jira Cloud. You can find the bug ticket here:

I think they will be taking action in a very short time since this is a high priority bug.
