When I want to assign a ticket to a user, we get the following error:

We have searched the error and most results are not for JIRA Cloud
How do we resolve this for JIRA Cloud

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know if this is happening only with Andrew?
Is it happening on all tickets and projects where you try to add Andrew as the assignee?
Was there any change before this issue happen? Were you able to add him as assignee before?
Sorry for all those questions, but it will help us to find what is causing this.

Thanks for the response, for some reason the problem was resolved yesterday and I could assign it again, very strange but it's working now
