Error when trying to integrate Github into Jira Cloud via DVCS

Trying to integrate Github into Jira Cloud via DVCS.

User has jira-administrators and site-admins permissions;  receives the following error msg:

“If you’re certain you should have access with <email address>, contact your administrator.”
Your email address <email address> doesn’t have access to myjiracloud.atlassian.net

Any ideas on what the root cause is here, or what I need to do to enable this?

I had the same issue, after some support rounds I found out that the problem is that myjiracloud.atlassian.net is just an example - you should add your own Jira URL there. The tutorial site is a bit unclear (and outdated) about the whole procedure, hope it will be updated soon.
