Error when trying to move 'Sprint up' in Backlog tab-Jira Cloud

We have recently migrated to Jira cloud and seeing below error when trying to 'Move Sprint up' or Down in backlog tab. Being an Admin, even I am not able to move the Sprints.

Please advise on the best way to solve this.

Hey @Shireesha Baddam

Seems as though this is an active bug and Atlassian know about this.

I would suggest voting and adding a comment on the active bug so this issue is addressed faster. 

In the mean time please contact Atlassian support.
