Error while configuring mail service for functional mail account

Hi Team,

While configuring mail service to Jiradc, we are receiving authentication error. 

Please find the user details below :-

• user : - mark.ponce_de_leon@nokia.com
• Functional mailbox address:- atf.dcap_customer_tickets@nokia.com
• Functional mailbox id: dcapcust
  App password: vbfjldgctfcyspzd
• Project Name :DCAPCT

We have tried to configure the requested functional mail box. please find the attached error message.

Seems like it's related to the credentials. You've reached a public place where people can see your post (from outside Nokia) so I would advise you to move away passwords from your posts!

That being said you should have a look at the logs for further details but the error messages seems to clearly indicate that the password for the account is not correct.

Can you share more logs maybe?
