When creating issue for the first time, we are able to create it . But while creating new issue in same session we are getting issue as "JIra Server could not be contacted". Pls refer attached snapshot.Kindly advice.

The error you are facing is a generic error caused by a communication breakdown between your Jira Application and the database.
In order to better troubleshoot what is the root cause of the issue, we will need the error details provided in your Atlassian.logs file. You can found it under your application paths as described in the documentation below:
P.S: Make sure you removed all the sensitive information from the logs before posting it in the community.
Without further investigating the logs, I suspect you might be facing the error mentioned in the KB below:

Please, check if the error described in that KB is the same displayed in your Atlassian.logs and if the resolution steps work for you.
