We're having problems when click on issue types to see the workflow.

Have you tried to use the JIRA Database Integrity checker in order to check the workflow integrity?

The version is 6.4.4 and the logs doesn't show anything.

If there is nothing in the logs, then this is almost certainly down to a network error.

What version of JIRA is it, and what errors are showing in the logs (if any)?
