Devendra January 1, 2019

I follow the bellow step.

1: Took backup from admin portal

2: create server, install mysql and create db in that

3: download & install atlassian-jira-6.0.8-x64.bin

4: select old data import option

data import is done 100% and after that i got this bellow error.

Bellow are the screenshot.

This version of JIRA (6.0.8 - build #6109) was created on 28/Aug/13.

Hi @Devendra Joshi

from the last picture, it looks like your licence is not up to date, can you check when it was last valid on your my.atlassian.com  account ?

If you are upgrading, you need a non-expired licence to perform the upgrade.

Hi Alexis Robert,

Its an permanent licence, so mean to say i have to generate new license on portal, but if i generate new license , will they allow me to do that or there will be some charges. also i am confuse that if i generate new license , nothing should be happen to my existing working license.

Thanks for reply.

Hi @Devendra Joshi

your licence provides unlimited use for the software, but maintenance (upgrades, support, ...) needs to be renewed every year, otherwise you will not be able to get the latest version of Jira.

You can follow this documentation to renew your licence.

Let me know if you have any questions,
