After importing a project using Project Configurator, I am unable to create issues, view workflows, and view certain issues. Upon attempting these functions I receive an error displaying "Sorry, we had some technical problems during your last operation." How can I recover from this?
Have you tried the vendor's support page - you can access their wiki from here or contact their support team directly :)
