Evaluate performance of Jira

I want to find a plugin that can be used by supervisors to  evaluate performance  in Jira . For example , when an  employee finished his  issue ,his supervisors can  make evaluations for his job. Most importantly, I 'd like to  make statistics work for a month  according to the results .

Anyone else  can  tell me what should I do ? 

Is there  such a plugin can support me  ?

Hi Vicky, you should be a bit more specific around the KPIs the managers want to track. 

Personally, we created most of the reports using eazyBI plugin. 

Will note that for some of the data we had to add some additional metrics in Jira, in order to get reports on it in eazyBI or other tools.
