Events for subtasks

When I add the event of sending mail in a transition of a flow that corresponds to a subtask I send only the title and the comments, but not the values ​​of the fields that make up the screen of that transition. It works correctly if I use the flow in a parent issue. Does sending mail work in the same way for Issue parents as for their daughters? Regards, Angela

Sub-tasks are issues in their own right, and their events and mails are no different to any other issue type.

You say

That's not what emails abased on events do, the fields on a screen are irrelevant, the emails can access all the data on the issue and the "templates" for the emails pull out the same set of fields (unless you've customised them)
