Every few minutes I am logged out. How do I stay logged in?

Since the login screen was released, every few minutes I am logged out of Jira (very annoying!). I have cleared by browser cache and cookies but still have the same result. How do I stay logged in?

Same thing happening to me, we may be using load balancing but has never happening before.

Hi Trevor,

Are you using a load balancing solution on your companies WAN network? This could be a cause for this behavior. I would suggest to raise a support case with the OnDemand team to further assist you with this.
