Exception is coming while running filter subscription

Hi,

I have subscribed to a filter and when I am setting mail format as HTML I am getting following error.

Hi there,

I suspect the problem is due of corrupted file happen in JIRA Home Directory. Please rebuild the cache by performing the following steps:

1. Shutdown *JIRA* instance
2. Delete the contents of {{JIRA Installation Directory\work}} directory
3. Delete contents of the {{JIRA Home Directory\caches\indexes\changes}} directory
4. Delete contents of the {{JIRA Home Directory\caches\indexes\comments}} directory
5. Delete contents of the {{JIRA Home Directory\caches\indexes\entities}} directory
6. Delete contents of the {{JIRA Home Directory\caches\indexes\issues}} directory
7. Remove the content of the following directory:
   • <JIRA_HOME>/plugins/.bundled-plugins
   • <JIRA_HOME>/plugins/.osgi-plugins
8. Restart *JIRA* instance.
9. Perform re-indexing
10. Perform the integrity checker.

I'm seeing a similar issue when filtering with all filters removed and "ORDER BY resolution DESC" in the advanced filter.

Have you ever heard of a resolution?
