We have auto-generated tickets via emails. Any picture included on the email (logos such as client's, twitter, FB, etc). are placed in the tickets as attachments, along with other attachments needed. Is there a way to eliminate the logos from being attached?
Hi @Sarah Elmer - in the below "Create Issues from Email" article, there is a comment that states "Any attachments to the email will become attachments to the issue if attachments have been enabled in Jira (they are by default). So, I don't think there is a way around this unless you disable attachments, which I doubt you want to do. There might be some additional information in the "Configure file attachments" article though. I have also included that below for you.
