Exchange 2013 & Pop3 Mail Handler

We're in the process of updating Exchange from 2010 to 2013. There is an existing mail handler in place to add a comment before a specified marker or separator in the email body  :\From\

The Pop3 mail handler is still working however it's now copying the entire body of the email into the comments section of the ticket which if it's a chain of email can get quite lengthy. Should I delete and re-add the mail handler or is there something that needs to be done in the Exchange?

Ultimately I ended up deleting the mail handler and re-adding it. Not sure why the REGEX decided to stop reading /FROM:/
