Exclude Sub task while cloning a parent Issue based on sub task status

Hi ,

I would like to know if there is any option/feasibility to exclude sub tasks based on its status while cloning a issue.

For example

i have a sub task which is in cancelled status and i do not want it to be copied while cloning a parent request.

Could it be possible .?

Quick help would be highly appreciated .

Hi @Srikanth 

You could re-implement cloning using the automation rule feature to disregard cancelled sub-tasks, or... Create a rule that after a parent is cloned, removes any cancelled sub-tasks.

There are some open work items to improve cloning within automation functions, so the second approach may be more reliable at this time.
