Exclude Users in Tempo

Hello,

we are using tempo to track time and the users are devided into teams.
Mostly our developers are supposed to book their times, no other teams are using it.(like Marketing, HR etc. they are not booking times)

The problem we are facing is, currently all users are detected and thus also billed.

Has this something to do with the export of tempo that finance is using?
Or can I somehow disable tempo for all users that are not included in any of the tempo teams, so that they are not appearing there anymore?
The only thing I could find online is how to add and remove people from the teams, but that does not fit my problem (I think at least).

Hi @Vanessa,

Tempo is a marketplace app. Marketplace apps are billed at the same number of users of the core Jira product it is installed on. To be even more precise: if you have more than one paid Jira  product (e.g. Jira Software and Jira Service Management), than the marketplace app will be billed according to the Jira product with the highest number of licensed users, regardless of the number of users the app actually uses.
