Executing AJS in parts jira
We have a situation where one of the custom field needs to be formatted in terms data into a table structure. We have the AJS script ready for the same which we have deployed in multiple client locations. But the client already have the requirement of making the custom field readonly which hinders the working of the formatting script. The formatting script is not able to format because the custom field is read only (or we assumes so).
Is there any way to first execute the AJS for formatting first and then execute the readonly part. Unfortunately we do not have the provision to define the order of execution. We will have to do something like below in the description of the custom field,
Enforce the change
Is this achievable? Or any other suggestion?
