Hi,
after upgrading our testing jira instance from 7.1 to 7.13, we needed also to upgrade the Exocet plugin and we found that now it changed to "Elements Copy & Sync for Jira issues".
After installing "Elements Copy & Sync for Jira issues". it removed the EXOCET and took the same licence but with an error message " Incompatible with product license (wrong type)"
Is that normal
