Exocet upgrade to "Elements Copy & Sync for Jira issues"

Hi,

after upgrading our testing jira instance from 7.1 to 7.13, we needed also to upgrade the Exocet plugin and we found that now it changed to "Elements Copy & Sync for Jira issues".

After installing "Elements Copy & Sync for Jira issues". it removed the EXOCET and took the same licence but with an error message " Incompatible with product license (wrong type)" 

Is that normal

If you are still having problems, you should contact Support for the app either by emailing support@elements-apps.com or submitting a request through https://support.elements-apps.com/portal
