Export Excel CSV gets wrong dates format

When I downloaded the CSV, 'Resolved' field has a wrong format. 

It shows '43811.60694' and also '25/02/20 12:10 PM' so it is diffuclt to have the corret date.

It also shows the day instead of the month.

Also some dates are like '28/02/20' and others like '28/02/2020' (YEAR)

I want it in excel format. (mm/dd/yyyy)

Is it possible?

Repro steps

1. Go to issue navigator and select our project
2. Click export
3. Click export excel csv all files

I've tested this on our instance and not seeing this error.

Are you exporting the data in "Detail View" or "List View"? If Detail, try swapping to List which is a suggestion from this comment.

The different date formats such as 43811.60694, 02/20 and 02/2020 should be easy to solve in excel by formatting the cells. You'd need to do this if you want to get just a date anyway as the fields are exported from Jira as Date/Time fields.
