Export Excel JIRA Issue

Hello,

I upgrade Jira Software 7.0.10 to 7.9.2, 2 days ago, and export excel is disable.

I see in system of jira: "jira.export.excel.enabled=false".

So we try in dev environment  to applicate this procedure:

But the environment was KO beacause of this procedure.

So do you have a solution ?

"Environment was KO" is meaningless, please explain?

The link you've given tells you how to set a flag to enable the excel exports.  It works fine for me through to Jira 7.11 so you probably want to explain what you've done differently to what the link says.
