Export Jira issues to excel option is missing

When I do a search on the issues and I hit the Export Button for the JIRA Software Datacenter Version 8.21, I do not see the option to export the results to Excel.

I also added jira.export.excel.enabled=true in the jira-config.properties file and restarted the server still not getting excel or CSV option.

Hi @Amruta Sunil Harale 

This is weird as you are the Jira administrator, I’ll recommend going to the manage apps page and searching all add-Oma to see if the CSV/excel export plugin is disabled.

If it is, then I suggest you:

1. Stop Jira
2. Clear your plugin cache (forces Jira to reload bundled plugins)
3. query your database to ensure that there are no plugins disabled within it related to the specific functionality. See: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-startup-fails-with-message-that-required-plugins-are-not-started-254738702.html
4. Restart Jira 

This would normally fix the issue if it is related to the add-on just not starting up correctly.
