Export custom fields from a project to another project

Hi everyone,

I have a rather simple question:

When I export a testcase from Project A and import it in Project B via XML, and Project B does not have the same custom fields as Project A, the custom fields from the testcase in Project B are empty (as expected)

Is it possible to export custom fields of a project, so I can import them to another project ? Or do I have to set them up manually ?

I can't seem to find any option or workaround in the webinterface.

Hi Claudius.

You can share the screens with the projects (given that they are on the same instance). You do that through the Issue Type Screen Scheme. If you use the. same scheme for both projects, they should have identical set of fields.
